New Zealand is Spectacular

Recently Helen and I travelled from Auckland to Levin. (by Wellington) As we drove through the North Island, we were again captured by the beauty of the country.

The sky was clear blue, with the mountains covered with snow, and Lake Taupo shimmering in the foreground.

We could not help but be filled with praise and awe for God's amazing creation.

It so easy to take for granted, the beauty around use. The bible states, 'the earth is the Lord's and the fullness there of.'

Helen and I have now been in Europe for one month, enjoying the summer, and catching with the wonderful church family at Equippers.

Pastor Mark and Monica Collard and their two boys have gone to NZ for a month and currently we are looking after the church here for a couple of weeks while they are away.

Before Ps Mark left for NZ, we both commisioned Stuart Cosstick to give pastoral leadership in the West Church, and this has been received very positively.

Even though we have been busy, Helen and I found time to relax and visit places like Kew Gardens and Osterley Park. This has been wonderful, especially after a very busy past six weeks on the road.

The one area I have felt challenged by the Holy Spirit in, is to simply 'Feed at the Table of God's Goodness.'

Psalm 65.4 Blessed is the man You choose, and cause to approach You, that he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, of your Holy temple.

In Christ, we live, and move, and have our being.
